Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Refund Policy of US Global Startup

At US Global Startup, we aim to deliver accurate, reliable, and efficient U.S. business formation and compliance services. Every application we prepare involves time, expertise, administrative effort, and in many cases, government filing fees. Because of this, refunds are available only under specific circumstances.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how the request process works.

1. Overview of Our Refund Approach

Our services involve processing sensitive business documents, preparing state filings, coordinating with government agencies, and completing tasks on your behalf. Once we begin working on your order, certain expenses cannot be reversed.

For this reason, not all purchases qualify for refunds, and some fees – especially government-related costs – are strictly non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of purchase. After this period, all orders are treated as final.

To better understand how refunds work, please also review our Terms & Conditions.

2. When You May Qualify for a Refund

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your order and the type of service requested. You may be eligible for a partial refund in the following situations:

A. When No Work Has Started Yet

If our team has not begun processing your order, reviewing your documents, or submitting any filings, you may request a full refund, excluding payment gateway fees.

B. Delays Caused by Our Team

If there is a significant delay due to an internal error or oversight, we may issue either a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

C. Filing Rejection Caused by Our Mistake

If a government filing is rejected specifically due to an error made by US Global Startup, we will either resubmit the documents at no extra charge or issue a refund for the service fee.

3. Situations That Are Not Eligible for Refunds

Some conditions fall outside our control and therefore cannot qualify for refunds:

  • When filings have already been submitted to a government agency.

  • Delays caused by state departments, the IRS, or other third parties.

  • Rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the user.

  • Refund requests submitted after the 2-day window.

  • Situations where a registered agent partner has discontinued or terminated service.

  • State filing fees, IRS fees, or any government charges paid on your behalf.

These guidelines help ensure fairness and transparency for all users.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us using verified details so we can protect your account and prevent unauthorized requests.

Refund Request Steps:

  1. Send an email to support@usglobalstartup.com including your order number and full name.

  2. Our team will review the request and verify whether it qualifies under this policy.

  3. Once approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that payment processors usually deduct a small fee (commonly around 10%), which is non-refundable.

If you need assistance or want to speak with a team member, you can reach us via our Contact Us page.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you decide to cancel your order before we start processing, you may be eligible for a full refund after deducting transaction charge.

Once the order enters the processing stage, only a partial refund may be available, depending on how much work has already been completed.
If you want to make changes to your order, additional fees may apply based on the type of modification required.

6. Government Fees, Third-Party Charges & Policy

US Global Startup Inc may submit applications, payments, documents, and filings to government agencies, the IRS, state agencies, banks, payment processors, or other third parties on your behalf. The requirements, fees, eligibility criteria, processing procedures, and documentation requirements of these third parties may change at any time and are outside the control of US Global Startup Inc.

  • Third-Party Fee Changes: If a government agency or other third party increases its fees after you have purchased or started our service, the additional amount will be paid by the client. Any government, state, agency, or third-party fee applicable at the time of processing will be the client’s responsibility.
  • Changes in Documentation Requirements: If a third party changes its documentation requirements after we have already collected or prepared documents based on the requirements available at that time, any additional documents, revisions, notarization, certification, or other requirements will be the client’s responsibility.
  • Client Eligibility: If a third party changes its eligibility criteria or determines that the client is no longer eligible for a service, approval, account, filing, or application, US Global Startup will not be responsible for any resulting loss, delay, additional cost, or inability to complete the service.
  • Previously Prepared Documents: If documents were prepared based on the third party’s requirements available at the time and the third party later changes its requirements, any cost associated with revising, replacing, updating, or obtaining new documents will be borne by the client. This may include applicable government fees, third-party fees, and US Global Startup’s professional fees.
  • Additional Professional Fees: If a third-party policy change requires additional work, document preparation, revisions, amendments,  re-filing, resubmission, or other services beyond the original scope, additional professional fees may apply. Such fees, along with any applicable government or third-party fees, must be paid by the client before the additional work is performed.
  • Changes Made Without Prior Notice: Third parties may change their requirements, procedures, or fees without notifying US Global Startup in advance. We will use the requirements and information available to us when collecting documents and payments. If we subsequently become aware of any change that affects your service, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Work Already Completed or in Progress: If a third-party policy or fee change occurs after payment has been made and US Global Startup has already started or completed work, the client remains responsible for the applicable work, professional fees, government fees, and third-party fees already incurred. A later change in third-party requirements does not cancel the work already performed.
  • Refund Requests Due to Third-Party Changes: If a client refuses to provide newly required documents or refuses to pay additional fees resulting from a third-party policy, fee, eligibility, or documentation change, the client may be unable to proceed with the service. No refund will be provided for work already completed or in progress, including professional fees, government fees, third-party fees, document preparation costs, or other non-refundable costs already incurred.
  • Client-Borne Losses: Any financial loss, additional expense, delay, document replacement cost, or other consequence arising from a third party’s policy, fee, eligibility, procedural, or documentation change after payment is made will be borne by the client and will not be considered an error or fault of US Global Startup.
  • No Guarantee of Third-Party Decisions: US Global Startup can assist with preparing and submitting documents according to the applicable requirements, but the final decision, approval, rejection, eligibility determination, processing time, fees, and documentation requirements remain under the control of the relevant government agency or third party.

By purchasing or proceeding with a service, the client acknowledges that third-party requirements and fees may change after the service begins and agrees to pay any additional government, third-party, and applicable professional fees and provide any additional documentation required to continue the process.

7. Chargebacks & Dispute Handling

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback through their bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without notifying us may:

  • Delay the resolution process

  • Lead to restrictions on future services

  • Require us to submit formal evidence to contest the dispute

We are always willing to help resolve any issue, so reaching out first usually results in a faster solution.

8. Updates to This Policy

US Global Startup may update this Refund Policy based on new regulations, service changes, or internal improvements.
All updates will be published on usglobalstartup.com, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
